2018 Cramoisi Cuvée Estate Pinot Noir

The story of this wine, reminds us in the heat of a dry summer, where every step through the vineyard was a careful watch over the vines, ensuring they thrived despite the stress just like us as a farmers. Long days were spent tending to them, misting the foliage with chamomile tea - a gentle remedy from our Biodynamic practices to ease their tenstion and help them endure the relentless dry summer. From this season of resilience comes a wine of bold character and depth. Opulent and structured, it carries essence of its vintage, dark fruit richness, deep aromas, and the streght of vines that weathered the challenge. Black cherry and black berry unfold on the palate with a hint of spice and orange zest. A wine born from perseverance, meant to be savor and shared with a thoughfully prepared meal.
