Unique wine produced in the Willamette Valley, only a few producers are brave enough to make this style of wine. Dry but fruit-forward, it will trick your senses with notes of red but dressing white. The elegant golden color will touch your palate with a delicate, silky mouth feeling, with notes of raspberries, pear, caramel, and light earthy notes. Spectacular aroma with a beautiful smooth body. Intrigue and attractive personality, you always want to get more!
This wine was pressed very gently for several hours to avoid any essence of red pigmentation from the skin, a gentle treatment embracing the notes of a Red Pinot noir in white. You must try!.

Field Blend Chardonnay is a unique dry wine with the taste of 11 different Chardonnay planted in one acre. Grown in a very rocky spot in the vineyard, making it one of the most beautiful, resilient, and complex Chardonnay in the Valley. Medium body, floral aromas, crisp apple, delicate in the palate with a hint of toffy and vanilla notes with a stunning acidity. Our favorite food pairing is with crabcakes, a recipe by Co-owner Ryan McKay. (Watch the OPB superabundant documentary)
