But its virtues, when finally in bottle, call us back again and again to partner with mother nature, seeking to capture the best of each vintage. 100% Dijon 667 pinot noir clones. Sofia’s favorite clone from her namesake block. Delicate, elegant, velvety and earthy in the palate. Beautiful bright color and with a lingering savory finish, herbal and floral oriented and great spices. Great character with a beautiful personality. Unique wine produced in the Willamette Valley, only a few producers are brave enough to make this style of wine. Dry but fruit-forward, it will trick your senses with notes of red but dressing white. The elegant golden color will touch your palate with a delicate, silky mouth feeling, with notes of raspberries, pear, caramel, and light earthy notes. Spectacular aroma with a beautiful smooth body. This wine was pressed very gently for several hours to avoid any essence of red pigmentation from the skin, a gentle treatment embracing the notes of a Red Pinot noir in white. You must try!.

Field Blend Chardonnay is a unique dry wine with the taste of 11 different Chardonnay planted in one acre. Grown in a very rocky spot in the vineyard, making it one of the most beautiful, resilient, and complex Chardonnay in the Valley. Medium body, floral aromas, crisp apple, delicate in the palate with a hint of toffy and vanilla notes with a stunning acidity. This is the representation of our Pommard and Heirloom clone blocks and the selection of the vineyards 5 finest barrels. Elegant, medium bodied, fruit forward, shows the aromas of our place and balance acidity. Smooth in the palate and complex notes of cherries, cranberries and forest floor, layers of truffles with a bit of vanilla in the finish. Stunning and confident personality that you will share only with a special person.
Aged in French oak barrel for 18 months, fermented in French oak vessel, 45% new oak, 12% whole cluster. Collectors wine!

Memories of a dry summer, the walks in the vineyard spraying chamomile tea to the vines to calm them down, helping them to distress from the heat. The weather conditions made this wine a boulder, opulent with deep dark fruit, big aromas showing the maturity of our vines. Black cherries, blackberries with a bit of spice finish.
