2021 Cramoisi Estate Reserve Pinot noir

Bold and refined, this wine is a powerful expression of our Pommard and Heirloom clones. Crafted from a meticulous and very well intentional selection of our vineyards finest barrels. With commanding yet elegant presence, it boasts a medium body and fruit-forward intensity, blanced by structured acidity.

On the palate, it unfolds with depth and complexity of dark cherry, ripe cranberry and forest floor, layered with earthy truffles and a touch of vainilla. Smooth yet confident with strenght and character making it one to savour with someone truly special. 

Aged in French oak barrel for 18 months, fermented in French oak vessel, 45% new oak, 12% whole cluster. Collectors wine!
