2021 Cramoisi Estate Reserve

This is the representation of our Pommard and Heirloom clone blocks and the selection of the vineyards 5 finest barrels.  Elegant, medium bodied, fruit forward, great minerality and acidity. Smooth in the palate and complex notes of cherries, cranberries and forest floor, layers of truffles with a bit of vanilla in the finish. Aged in French oak barrel for 18 months, fermented in French oak vessel, 45% new oak, 12% whole cluster. Collectors wine!
