Our Field Blend Chardonnay is a true rarity - crafted from 11 different Chardonnay clones, all thriving within an acre, rocky block of our vineyard. This exceptional terroir shapes a wine of remarkable resilience, elegance and complexity making it one of the most captivating Chardonnays in the Willamette Valley. With a beautifully balanced medium body with floral aromas, crisp apple and a delicate hint of caramel, all lifted by perfect acidity to awaken your senses. A complex but beautiful distinction, it pairs exquisitely with crab cakes, especially the signature recipe by co-woner Ryan McKay.
